Pro Series Lecture — A Review

This past Friday, I had the opportunity to travel from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Ann Arbor, MI at Photo Studio Group to give a Pro Series Lecture on a photography topic of my choice. What an honor it was to give a lecture to such a strong and dedicated photo and art community.

The lectures topic was “Capturing Personality through Photography”, as I wanted to express the importance to capturing people for who they are. I was able to spend time on stage, talking about the process I take to capture one person’s true essence, with over 100 people were in attendance, all with their own set of questions and techniques. And the next few days followed with Friend Requests, Emails, and Wall Posts thanking me for the information and presentation. You all left me motivated, empowered and so thankful for such a welcoming and talented group.

So thank you, to the members of Photo Studio Group, and all the other people who were able to make it out to my lecture. Below are some photos I was able to take during the lecture and the gallery showing beforehand. If you have some questions of your own, or comments, please post them below.

Here is to a new year, and a new set of inspiring and interesting photographs!
