Meg Donnelly Beauty Photography with Gems

I had the incredible opportunity to shoot with Meg Donnelly of Disney Zombies fame, for a beauty photography session at my personal photography studio in Los Angeles, CA. Meg and I have worked together several times now, and it was great to work with her again for this photo series.

Meg and I have worked together in beauty photography three different times now, so in the usual fashion, we shot three different looks during this photo shoot together. For all of our shoots together, we’ve been joined by Beth Follert, a frequent makeup artist in my work. Of the session, this was our final look through the help of the stylist Jessica, and all of our favorites from the day.

Shot in my personal photography studio in Los Angeles, we implemented an emerald bracelet for this look, pairing it with a velvet top to complete the look. The lighting style for this shoot was to implement harder light, while keeping it soft enough to highlight Meg’s beautiful glowy skin. As a whole, I’m incredibly happy with how these photos came out.
